Carpathian Pearl is a winery farm building on long family tradition. The former cooperative winery undergoes a reconstruction and addition of new wine production zones. The most intensive intervention takes place at the central fermentation hall. It is spatially and architecturally consistent and high-tech elements give it characteristic industrial look in contrast with the nature of the traditional wooden barrels. The element of wooden beams of the roof dominates the production hall interior. Ján Ilkovič
