The apartment house in Nitra grounds its identity in simple volumetric elements. The wave-like form of the roof above the building erected on the prolonged triangular plan is an evident signature of a strong architectural personality that intervenes with extrovert figures in any urban situation. Architect of the oldest generation being recently awarded various prizes for his actual architectural production confirms that his ability to promote late-modern formal experiments best shown in his 1960s and 1970s projects is still feasible and worth of continuous actualisation.
